Lobbies
Projected Full screen for a TV or a stream TV viewHow the lobbies are played
- Tournaments are one lobby match: every player is in one lobby of 3 to 8, split evenly at the draw (9 players: 5 and 4). Each lobby plays one game; nobody moves on.
- A diplomacy game: everyone starts alone, Lock Teams off, Allied Victory on. Alliances can be made and broken during the game.
- Victory: Time Limit, 2 hours. Allies still standing when it ends, or when everyone else is defeated, share place 1; everyone else ranks by the order they were defeated.
- Map Arabia, any civilisation, population 200. Map size by players: 2 Tiny, 3 Small, 4 Medium, 5–6 Normal, 7–8 Large.
- The league names each lobby and sets its password at the draw; both show on the tournament page to the lobby's players only.
- One player reports the places with a screenshot of the end screen, within 1 hour after the time limit; a tournament director confirms. A shared place 1 splits its prize equally.

A preview, not the draw. Seeds are fixed when sign-up closes; the hash of the next Bitcoin block seeds the real bracket.
How it works
- 1 Sign upConfirm with your Nostr key. You can pull out until sign-up closes.
- 2 The drawWhen sign-up closes, players are seeded by Elo, and the hash of the next Bitcoin block splits them evenly into lobbies of up to 8.
- 3 PlayJoin your lobby with the name and password on its card. One diplomacy game; then report the places with a screenshot of the end screen, and a director confirms them.

Questions
How is the lobby match played?
Everyone plays one match in a lobby of up to 8, split evenly at the draw. Nobody moves on: the lobby's places are the result, and place 1 can be shared. Good for: Games where many players fight in one match, like an Age of Empires II diplomacy game.
What if someone does not show up?
Results come from the players: one side reports, the other confirms. If they disagree, an admin decides.
How are seeds set?
By Elo at sign-up close, equal Elo by earlier sign-up.
For the nerds: the proof on Nostr
The league signs the tournament as a calendar event and, when it has a solo pool, the draw. Anyone can re-check them with these ids.
