Format follows the sign-ups: 2 players → Duel

Duel for 2 players. Each block is one match, lit in the round it is played.

Round 1 if sign-up closed now

  1. 1 npub1hdfvh5p… 2 Open spot

A preview, not the draw. Seeds are fixed when sign-up closes; the hash of the next Bitcoin block seeds the real bracket.

Questions

How does Duel work?

Everyone plays everyone. Most points wins. Good for: Small groups up to about 8, or daily chess, where all games run at the same time.

What if someone does not show up?

Games run here with a clock, like every game on the site.

How are seeds set?

By Elo at sign-up close, equal Elo by earlier sign-up.

For the nerds: the proof on Nostr

The league signs the tournament as a calendar event and, when it has a solo pool, the draw. Anyone can re-check them with these ids.
